Unlike most serviced office providers, we charge by capacity, not square footage. We also operate rolling 3-month contracts, minimising your risk by avoiding extended fixed-term tenancies.

Tenants receive priority access and discounted rates.

Telephone calls

Outgoing calls are charged monthly in arrears at BT standard rates.

Telephone answering

Our receptionists can answer your incoming calls and transfer them or take messages.

Mail franking

Costs are charged at the end of each month.

Catering

Vending machines are located in kitchens, and a daily lunch delivery service offers a wide choice of hot and cold food.
