Our range of storage facilities delivers the security you need, with the flexibility to scale up or down depending on business demand. You also benefit from access to all the same facilities, services, and free social events as any other physical or virtual client.

What storage options are available?

We offer various storage options on-site, including shipping containers and alarmed sheds located within the grounds, as well as rooms in the basement of the main house. All our storage units are lockable, and the external options are monitored by 24-hour CCTV. The basement storage rooms are alarmed and fire-protected, with access overseen by our internal CCTV system. You can access your storage 24/7, and our shipping containers are great for easy, drive-up loading and unloading.

What can be stored?

The larger units are ideal for storing house contents, tools, equipment, or business inventory. The basement facilities are best suited for storing paper documents and business files, storage boxes or small pieces of furniture, art, or collectables. We do not permit the storage of hazardous or chemical products, explosive materials, firearms, or anything illegal.

  • Three-month rolling contracts provide flexibility, so you can scale up or down depending on your needs.
  • After you provide the necessary paperwork and sign the contract, you can access your storage and use the house facilities on the same day.

Storage space hire fees

We rent our storage space on a three-month rolling contract. For corporate clients, we will review your company information and undertake a Companies House check. All potential clients will need to provide legal identification and proof of address. If everything checks out, we can issue a contract, and once it’s signed, you can access your storage immediately.

Shipping containers are £600.00 + VAT per quarter. Other storage facilities are individually priced based on capacity. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will provide an estimate for your consideration.
